Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Diamond Trading Company. As we deal in manufactured textiles and specific sample orders, please note our policy regarding returns and refunds:

All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any products, including samples and bulk fabric orders.

Product Nature: Given the nature of textile manufacturing and the fact that fabrics are often cut or processed specifically for an order, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind, color preference, or texture variations.

Samples: Samples are provided specifically for quality assessment. Purchase of a sample constitutes acceptance of the fabric grade and quality for future bulk inquiries.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the exceptional event that you receive a product that is physically damaged or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us at dtc.321@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Such cases will be reviewed individually for potential replacement at our sole discretion.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
