This website is operated by Diamond Trading Company, a textile manufacturing and trading firm based in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. 2. BUSINESS SCOPE & HYBRID MODEL

  • Sample Sales: We offer individual product samples for purchase directly through our Shopify store. These sales are intended for quality assessment by potential B2B partners.

  • Bulk Inquiries: For wholesale or bulk requirements, users must submit a "Bulk Inquiry" form. Submission of this form does not constitute a contract; final pricing and terms for bulk orders will be negotiated privately and confirmed via a separate Proforma Invoice.

3. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display the colors and textures of our fabrics (Markin, Dhotis, Bakram, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, as textile manufacturing involves various batches, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Widths are provided in centimeters/inches and are approximate.

  • Prices for samples are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations in yarn and processing costs.

4. BILLING & COMPLIANCE

  • Regulatory Identifiers: Our GST Number and Import Export Code (IEC) are displayed prominently in the website header for transparency. All transactions are compliant with Indian taxation and export laws.

  • Purpose Codes: International payments for samples are processed under the appropriate RBI Purpose Codes (typically P0103 for advance receipts against exports).

  • Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

As stated in our specific Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of manufactured textiles and custom-cut samples, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Purchase of a sample constitutes your acknowledgment that the product meets your requirements for quality and grade.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Samples are typically dispatched within 1-2 Business days of order confirmation.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances for international orders or carrier-related disruptions.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Diamond Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including but not limited to the "Diamond Trading Company" name, logos, fabric quality names (e.g., Swastik, VIP, Trimurti), and images, are the property of Diamond Trading Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh.
